My Windows Media Player does not work, what is wrong?

The most common and easiest problem with Media Player is that users need the latest version of
the software. You can download it for free on our site or at the Microsoft site. For other

When is the show on?

The show is broadcast daily from 10:00 am - 11:00 am and is also available 24 hours a day over
the Internet.

I missed a broadcast and cannot find it, where is it?

We only archive broadcasts for 30 days.

The Broadcast is not loud enough, what is wrong?

People have told us that they have a problem listening to the show. Usually the problem is
one of two things. The first cause is that the WAV setting for your sound device is set very low.
Consult your manual to raise the level of the WAV output. Another cause is the actual volume of
the speakers. Make sure they are at a good level.
