In a recent survey, the majority of economists poled, indicated that they expect a stronger than orriginally anticipated recovery and above forecast growth in 2010. However, they expect the recovery to slow down in 2011. As we all know, this is an election year. And, given the political landscape, a crutial one for both major parties. As such, we believe a great amount of emphasis will be placed on job creation through the election in November. Democrats are keen on showing that their spending measures - stimulus - are working and helping "Main Street". President Obama set a March 18th deadline for a vote on healthcare. After that, we are certain he will put his focus on job creation.
